Twin Cities Limousine Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Here’s our refund policy:

  • Cancel 7+ days before your event – Full refund

  • Cancel less than 7 days before your event – 50% refund

  • Cancel within 48 hours of your event – 25% refund

  • Cancel within 24 hours of your event – No refund

  • Limousine waits for 20 Minutes After scheduled time if only deposit is covered 

  • Any cleanup of bodily fluids is a $200 fee minimum up to $850
